u noe ytd after training rongyi, michelle and tiffany gave us a talk
it was a MOTIVATIONALL TALK :D
and was AWESOMEE
why? cos it kinda said like we had to train harder to beat teck whye and the seniors had high hopes for us.

so hor, todayyy i ran 4 rounds, with 2 rounds with the team:D

then during training rongyi, rebecca kang, rashell, regina all these kind ppl helped me with the basics :D

oh oh when we were eating rite, we made a herb-prawn family! so cute:) then the uncle cleared it T.T
rachel was too engrossed in telling qianping's manga love story that she ate the slowest ._.
and while eating ice cream, it dripped cos she was still engrossed in telling the story ._.
im waiting for her to read book 3 now!!!
